How long does the search take?

The alignment call happens within days. The job post goes live in about 1 week, the first finalists arrive 1 to 2 weeks after launch, and most searches are done in 4 to 6 weeks.

What does it cost?

$10,000 per placement: $5,000 to start the search and $5,000 when your Life Manager is placed. It covers the search, assessments and reports, interview coordination, offer support, onboarding materials, Life Manager OS training and the replacement guarantee.

What if the hire doesn't work out?

Who chooses the person?
